Position Overview

We are seeking a data analytics engineer with a passion for modeling and data analytics to join our platform team. You willll help us identify connections between sustainability metrics and impacts using cutting-edge statistical and AI tools.

This role blends statistical analysis, machine learning, and explainable AI to generate actionable insights for environmental and social performance improvement.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years experience in data science, statistics, or econometrics

• Hands-on with Python/R, time series forecasting, ML algorithms

• Familiarity with methods like SEM, Bayesian Networks, IV, DiD, Granger causality, Random Forests, XAI

• Curious, analytical, and eager to learn
